Distinguished business man and a pioneer in the field of Testing, Inspection & Certification sector, Mr. Sudhakar R Rao, son of Raghvendra Rao is the founder of Sievert group. Under his leadership, group has diversified into oil & gas, power and real estate sector across India and Middle East. Being an electrical engineer, Mr. Sudhakar began his professional journey as a Quality Control Engineer. His outstanding entrepreneurial skills and technological bent of mind facilitated him to start his own enterprises which turned into the inception of Sievert Group in the year of 1986. His eye for innovative solutions of most complex problems has helped him to expand operations beyond borders. He expanded the business into 9 countries and under his leadership, Sievert group soon became a high technology driven & global name in Non Destructive Testing. He later forayed into the businesses of Trading, Power, Real estate under the GEMINI brand. A business driver and a strategist, Mr. Prabhakar R. Rao brother of Mr. Sudhakar Rao is a renowned name in the Non Destructive Testing industry. An expert in rolling out businesses into new geographies, he is known to pursue growth with minimum risk. A former director at Sievert Group of Companies, Prabhakar has spearheaded operations in India, Middle East, Asia, Far East Asia and Africa. With a Master’s degree in commerce and computer science, he combines his academic knowledge with 33 years of experience in corporate finance, commercial, legal and administration. His professional advice is based on thorough market research, analysis of business opportunities in the particular region along with due cognizance of the legal, commercial, logistics, human resources and market factors. He brings with him a vast repertoire of commercial and business expertise, along with an active interest in trade and commerce.
Mr. Prasad is a Mechanical Engineer with solid experience in the field of Oil & Gas. He is the head of our strategic business group & CEO of Oman. He has more than 24 years hands on experience in the Hydrocarbons Industry. His exceptional networking & interpersonal skills have given Gemini, a well-known name in the Middle East. Oman primarily supplies engineering services and material to EPC projects, Process Plants, Offshore - Onshore and Brownfield – Greenfield projects.
Mr. Ashish is an Engineer and a Post-Graduate in Management. With experience of over 11 years in core sales & marketing, he has been assigned to develop Gemini in the GCC region. He is in charge of the trading business in power and oil & gas segment. His current focus is in developing some critical segments like IPP, retail & long term leasing. He has experience of handling complete power projects with reciprocating machines.
Sultan joined Gemini Energy LLC as Public Relation Manager in 2010 with some 8 years of experience in public relations. His role is to ensure all public and ministry relations going smoothly.
Sakthidharan joined Gemini Energy LLC as Accounts and Admin Officer having 5 years of experience in the field of finance, accounts and office administration. his role is to manage all aspects of the accounts, office administration , logistics and material delivery.
She is heading the sales team for day to day sales & related work. She is also responsible for preparation of sales quotation, payment follow up. She also coordinates delegates meeting & executive travel plans.
Mr. Jayant is responsible for sales & service support with complete logistical & distribution co-ordintaion with agencies. He possess the experience of over 10 years in the industry for varied roles of accounts , sales , administration & support. Ms. Tejasa is customer care executive. Her profile includes in house coordination with group & associated divisions, support to commercial division. She also handles back office work for accounts & administration. Branch office requirement of the automation & consumables is falling under her jurisdiction.
Mr. Naresh is senior Accountant, He is responsible for all division accounting & routine commercial work. He is also responsible for routine accounting activity, petty cash management, cash flow. He helps the division to monitor & control the expenses with report generation & MIS.
With over 6 years experience in the the Oil & Gas industry, Mr. Talha is heading our abu dhabi branch and the valves and flanges segment. He is responsible for the sales & marketing of all our products. He has vast experience in tendering, retail sales & institutional business.
